2 Litre plain water is a compulsory...cannot cheat okeyy...tapi kan, cik wat rasa menyesal mkn sambal tempe tu sbb manis skit...ermmm rasa mcm fail plak diet utk ari tu...
Ahaaaa....utk mengingatkan diri sendiri bahawa ko dah obesiti cik wattt..ko tahu berat ko berapa??? 87.2 kg okeyyyyyyyy...bukak mata skit cik wat oiiiii.....arghhh stop dulu kat entry ni..nanti cik wat stress and stress is not good for our body..nanti berat tak turunnnn..buat rugi jer diet....i believe i can flyyyy
