DAY - 2

Hi uolss...Alhamdulillah, cik wat dpt sambung diet utk hari ke 2 plak...utk diet hari ke 2 menu2nya adakahhhhh..check it out...huhuhu

BREAKFAST
  • SDll shake
  • 2 biji tahu with sardine filling (againnnn...Cikwat mmg x jemu mkn benda yg sama utk 2-3 hari yaaa)
  • 2 btg sosej+ screamble egg
LUNCH
  • SDll shake
  • sup sayur+1 biji telur
DINNER
  • SDll shake
  • subway tuna salad
 
Subway salad tuna yg sgttt sedap

SUPPER
  • SDll shake
2 litre plain water everyday...lebih bagus if we add on 1-2 table spoon apple cider..
