Day - 8


 Hari ni hari ke-8 Cikwat berdiet...smlm takde mood sgt nak update...sbb pagi tu Cikwat naik penimbang tapiiii cuma reduce 2kg jerrrr..skit sgtlahh Cikwat target turun 4kg..ermmmm maybe sbb ari tu Cikwat blik kg then asyik mkn jerrrr..pastu boss Cikwat paksa mkn choc chips..tp Cikwat mkn sebijik kecik jerr saiz duit syiling 50 sen.Tp rasa guilty sgttt..jom check apa yg Cikwat mkn ari ni....

BREAKFAST
  • SDll shake
  • telur dadar sayur + salad


Cikwat cuma bfast 1/4 jer telur dadar tu sbb rushed  pegi meeting..pastu abis meeting kul 2.15 then rushed back to office utk lunch sbb Cikway masak  sup sayur  utk lunch ni...

LUNCH
  • SDll
  • Sup sayur
 DINNER
  • SDII
  • Balance telur dadar & salad pg tadi (huhuhuhu...boleh gitu???)
SUPPER
  • Dengan tak sengaja tlh 'skip' SDII sbb bz wat assignment then trus ter 'zzzzzzzz' 

Smlm, kwn dr opis lama call...dia pun nak cuba mkn SDII jgk...so esok Cikwat akn belikan utk dia 1 tin..utk dia cuba...ari ni jgak SDII Cikwat pun dah abis..nasib baik dah order tin baru..so esok kita start tin ke-2 plak...n see what will be happened huhuhuhu.... :-)
