Day -9

Hari ni Cikwat start dgn SDII tin baru...hati berbunga girang semerah baju yg Cikwat pkai ari ni sbb pagi tadi Cikwat timbang dan Alhamdulillah turun 1kg dan bacaan protein guna 'ketones strips' pun kaler pink yg menunjukkan pengambilan protein dan carbo ada lah ideal itu diet Cikwat...haaaa Cikwat pkai baju merah ari ni sbb dpt email smlm dr my friend kat KL..katanya ari ni if pkai baju merah/footwear/accessories then ge mkn kat kenny rogers buy kenny quarter meal dpr free another quarter meal...wahhh

BREAKFAST

  • Scramble egg + 1 btg sosej + 1 sudu tuna + salad
Meriahkan bfast Cikwat...huhuhuh....seyesss mmg kenyanggg sgttt...semenjak wat diet ni menu bfast Cikwat smua ala2 western style kan ermmmm...nak kurus punya pasal...no more carbo intake more than 20g per day...i'll be more conscious after this

LUNCH

  • Sup sayur campur  

 sayur campur ada brokoli,cauliflower+spring onions+chic breast..ermmm like it so much!!! mabelesss

  • Kenny Rogers quarter meal
 syedappnyaaa..buy 1 get 1 ermmm bestttt...tp Cikwat cuma mkn ayam+salad+coleslaw +plain water...huhuhu...Miz Animax sudah mkin kecik lepas dia amik SDII so dia amik carbo byk skit pun tak perr.....dah nak abis mkn then Ms Manager SDII group 'Power Leader' aka Cik Asmah pun join skali...we having chichat time sambil wat personal coaching...
